No. There are no contracts, no long-term commitments, and no hidden fees. You can cancel or adjust your subscription at any time.

How much is the subscription?

The subscription is $7 per month, per device.

When does my subscription start?

Your subscription starts once you complete checkout and activate your device. After activation, the device may take 10–20 minutes to connect for the first time.

Can I subscribe to multiple devices at once?

Yes. You can activate and subscribe to multiple devices in a single checkout—no need to do it one by one.

Do I need to install the device before subscribing?

No. You can subscribe first and install the device whenever it’s convenient for you.

Does the subscription include customer support?

Absolutely. You get access to U.S.-based customer support via phone, email, and chat.

Will the device still track if it loses signal?

Yes. If the device temporarily loses cellular signal (for example, in parking garages), it stores the data and automatically uploads everything once the connection is restored.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, simply send an email to notifications@sonartelematics.com including the device ID(s) you wish to cancel. Once we receive your request, the cancellation is processed quickly and without hassle.

Can I move the device to another vehicle?

Yes. You can move the device to another vehicle. Just update the vehicle information in your account.

Do you sell or share my data?

No. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
